Product Defects

Many products placed in the marketplace today are defective in the way they were designed or in the manner in which they were manufactured or as to warnings concerning their proper use. The law permits recovery for injuries sustained by users of such products as long as the product was not misused. The manufactures of appliances, machinery, food, and even pharmaceutical drugs all must abide by the laws created to ensure safety to consumers. Oftentimes the failure to simply warn of a danger leads to easily avoidable injuries.
